The right candidate will need an emphasis on organization, prioritization, paper file maintenance, some knowledge of computer skills to fulfill the duties of reporting new hires, payroll, and online bill pay. The phones are an important part of our job so sounding professional and handling time-sensitive matters is huge! Good memory for small details and multitasking appointments, quotes, contracts, warranties, transfers, filing, updating excel files, and random things that pop up throughout the day. The job starts at $16 an hour and will get a pay increase depending on the job done.
