The coordination of these complex bouldering walls highlights the level of precision and teamwork behind the scenes.

Keegan began his career with E+S, spent time gaining valuable experience in another sector of the industry, and has now rejoined our team. Weโ€™re always proud when talented professionals choose to return, and weโ€™re thrilled to have him back contributing to our continued growth.

Keegan brings a thoughtful, global perspective shaped by his passion for history, world cultures, and the way architecture and traditions vary across regions. His travels โ€” most recently to South Africa โ€” continue to inform the way he sees and approaches the built environment. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through soccer, paintball, and golf, and is known for his strong problem-solving skills, sharp recall for details, and steady presence under pressure.

Weโ€™re excited to share the completion of this Westlake Dermatology (Cedar Park) project! This project involved the renovation and expansion of an existing, occupied retail space into a refined, high-end dermatology clinic. Weโ€™re excited to share the completion of the Westlake Dermatology expansion in Cedar Park!

This project involved a high-quality interior finish-out and the expansion of an existing, occupied facility by finishing out the adjacent suite and selectively removing interior walls and offices to seamlessly connect the spacesโ€”all while operations continued without interruption. Thoughtful design details and custom woodwork throughout resulted in a truly unique dermatology office that reflects both the exceptional level of care provided and the elevated patient experience.

Huge shout out to Studio8 Architects for their incredible design vision and collaboration on this projectโ€”we loved bringing this space to life!
