When we started this home renovation we discovered that the house did not have even the basic moisture control elements. No house wrap, zero sealer and/or tape around windows, etc. Needless to say, we found serious water damage all around the exterior walls.
After a detailed assessment, we decided to bring the whole framing down to the foundation and build it back the right way.
We've been through setbacks and delays but we're now on track to rebuild this beautiful home!
