Indoor private theater.

We installed all of the sound barrier, metal framing to the ceiling to accept the LED panels, all stadium style floor framing to accept the theater seats, all drywall and wall finishes, a custom built birtch wood display cabinet to hold movie collectibles, a custom built 42 " door to close flush to the inside of the room to keep all light out and custom designed trim decor on each side of the door. A very rewarding project!

Set of concrete stairs to a dock.
Existing stairs were removed due to wash out from the water. 5/8" rebar was used to reinforce the stairsand the bottom step was 2 ft thick in the front so there will never be a problem with washout again.

Dock refurbishment with new concrete steps and 5/4 pressure treated decking. Used Cabot stain and sealer for the finish

Rescreen of an existing pool cage
and screen addition to the patio with a screen door and doggie door.
Had to build a temporary platform over the pool to screen in the roof.
