General update:
Shop rate - due to rising costs machine shop rate will now be $125/hr. 5 minute jobs at my discretion as long as they dont eat up consumables are still free. Anything over that at the shops discretion is subject to 1hr minimum.
Services - I am happy to announce we have entriely revamped our cad/cam system and can now provide part replication services, no prints? No problem. Replacements dont exist? No problem. Parts replication is billed separately at the rate of time invested at a reduced hourly rate compared to the normal shop rate. At the end you get a set of prints and a set of 3D models, you can have us make the parts as a seperate transaction or you can take the prints and models to a shop of your choice.
Consultation - with a combined 25 years of experience in Tool & Die, Millwright, And electrical in heavy industry we have the knowledge needed to advise and help you solve your problems, and if we dont have the answers we know other experts in the fields who will. This service is also offered at a reduced rate to the shop rate. Specific experience related to but not limited to, CNC machinery, forging, stamping, injection molding, heavy industry mechanical and electrical, fixturing, work flows, and 5S.
