51 YEARS!! One Heck of a Run.

After more than five decades at the lathe, Bill Dysart is officially calling it a career.

For 51 years, Bill showed up, put in the work, and set the standard.

Bill may have kept a low profile around the shop—but he leaves big shoes to fill.

We also had the chance to celebrate Martina and his 8 years of dedication—thank you for being part of the D.P Tool team and yesterday’s celebration.

Enjoy retirement—you’ve more than earned it.

As we step into the new year, we’re taking a moment to reflect.

We wrapped up a great year while also wishing a well-earned retirement to two valued team members.

Jim Goodwin, a cornerstone of our maintenance team for 21 years. Reliable, hardworking, and ready to take on whatever was needed to keep things running smoothly.

Tim Witherall, with 9 years of service, was known for his craftsmanship, steady presence, and willingness to jump in wherever needed. (We missed a photo opportunity!)

We’re grateful for their contributions, proud of the year behind us, and looking forward to a strong, productive 2026.
