The 158th running of the Belmont Stakes, the final leg of horse racing’s Triple Crown, will take place this Saturday, June 6 at the Saratoga Race Course. While the race is traditionally run at Belmont Park, Saratoga Springs is hosting this year as Belmont Park undergoes a major renovation and modernization project which will surely shape the future of one of racing’s most iconic venues. We are in the final stages of production on a comprehensive program designed by Populous and beginning to mobilize onsite for installation over the summer anticipating an early Fall completion and opening. The finishing touches are coming together at the new Buffalo Bills Highmark Stadium, and DCL is proud to have played a role in bringing the venue’s branding and visual identity to life.

Over the past several months, our team has been hard at work installing the stadium’s interior and exterior logo and signage elements — helping shape an experience that fans will see from the moment they arrive through kickoff and beyond.

This project represents an incredible collaboration between talented partners across design, fabrication, engineering, and construction, and we’re excited to see the stadium open its doors to Bills Mafia and the NFL this season.

DCL extends its thanks to Princeton University’s Design Nation 2026 for inviting Vice President Mike McCarthy to serve as a keynote speaker at this year’s conference. Mike had the opportunity to connect with students from across the country, both through the hybrid sessions and in person in New York City.

The event marks the conclusion of a busy spring semester filled with guest lectures, STEM tours, and ongoing conversations about careers in the arts. As DCL prepares to launch its summer programs, planning is already beginning for the upcoming fall season.

Mike continues to be impressed by the engagement, curiosity, and energy of the students he meets, and DCL is grateful for its continued partnerships with institutions nationwide. The future remains bright.
