Work includes: carpentry (rough/finish), doors and hardware, drywall, acoustical ceilings, structural steel, concrete, engineered metal buildings, etc.

Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Wales Township Hall, a couple miles south of I-69 is nearing completion on a historical restoration of their hall. Which includes the addition of a 7’ x 7’ x 15’ tall cupola and a wrap around covered entrance.

This month’s work will include painting of the exterior, sitework restoration, and sealing/line striping of the parking lot!

Summer is nearing and the doors to the all the libraries begin to swing open with fresh summer air!

We are wrapping up the final touches on a couple library renovation projects.

Pictures 1-4 are of the Bad Axe Area District Library which included the addition of 3 study rooms as well as some cosmetic updates and a new roof!

The last two are of Moore Public Library which included a renovation and an addition of a new connector bridge!
