We loved sharing a team lunch at the completed Grand House — thank you to our clients for hosting and for trusting 2atara design + construction with this beautiful project. Located on Bainbridge Island, this contemporary, single-story, ~3,600 sq ft home was designed for aging‑in‑place and built with sustainability and longevity in mind. Don’t Mind the Mess — Move‑In Week at 2atara Grand

Owners move in soon and final work continues — finish carpentry is installing beautiful custom millwork, trim, and built‑ins room by room. Don’t mind the mess… we’re in full finish‑mode (tools out, crews on site) as we complete punch‑list items, final inspections, and a few remaining trades.

The before photos included here already show the incredible water views — stay tuned for striking after shots once the final touches are complete. Big thanks to the clients for their flexibility and to our crew, trades, and design partners for keeping safety, cleanliness, and quality front and center during move‑in.
