Just completed (3) Vroom Systems on this 2019 Outdoors RV F26RKS. On each slide the Schwintek systems had varying degrees of failure. In addition, two of the slides needed additional support for the rollers so we added 1/8" aluminum plates to bolster the floor system.

And we have (9) Vroom Systems on the schedule to install in June! We are so thankful for those who are choosing to come to us for this work!

Replacing all (3) slide systems on this one. (One slide failed and they decided to have us do all three just for peace of mind!)

Side note: this trailer is from Washington… No sales tax when you bring your trailer to us. And bonus- Eastern OR is well worth the visit 🤩

Another Vroom Slide System knocked out! When we received this rig not only would the slide barely move but the rollers underneath were falling out due to bolts being sheared off/inadequate structure below. In addition, the floor of the slide was giving way to the pressure the rollers were putting on it. So we riveted 1/8" aluminum roller plates to the slide floor and had JDW Welding fabricate a 2x1x1/8 angle with (4) rollers welded to it that we then riveted to the structure of the coach. This distributed the load over a much larger area and allowed the new rollers to operate the slide very smoothly. This rig is now good to go for many years again!
