Steven brings a steady, level-headed approach to everything he does and consistently demonstrates what it means to be a dependable and collaborative teammate. He is proactive in his communication, responsive when challenges arise, and always thinking a step ahead to keep projects and teams moving forward.
His technical strength, attention to detail, and disciplined approach to processes have made a meaningful impact in the field. Steven is a trusted leader who supports his team through planning, scheduling, prefab coordination, deliveries, design and detail, and hands-on field coaching. He is always willing to step in, share his knowledge, and help those around him succeed.
Steven has also built a strong partnership with our Procurement team, proactively communicating potential issues as early as the requisition stage when placing orders through Kojo. His leadership is reflected in his foremen as well, who consistently rank among our highest performers for same-day delivery submissions.
Beyond his performance, Steven stands out for the way he works with others. He is patient, approachable, generous with his time, and committed to developing those around him. His work ethic, integrity, and team-first mentality embody the qualities the Blue Blazer is meant to recognize.
