Here’s my front drive shaft, that was supposedly rebuilt, & lengthened.. It’s garbage. The U-Joints are shot, the inertia joint is completely shot… And it’s laying in a box, on my custom built Rugged Rigz bed, full of water… Every box on my bed leaks & is holding water.

Absolute trash work…

I should also mention that the box was full of 12”x12”x6” hardwood cribbing.. It was missing when I finally got my truck back..

This happened on my way home, pulling my boat.. The bumper was made out of sheet metal, hitch welded directly to it, without any reinforcement. It ripped the entire hitch off the truck. Luckily I got it stopped before it killed someone, or destroyed the truck and boat.

I paid $10,000.00 because RR broke my transmission, hauling customers beds with my truck. My truck had 12,000 more miles on it, when I finally got it back, 3.5 years into this ordeal.. They said the input shaft broke. The junk transmission that they installed in my truck lasted about 2.5 months… They refused to tell me where the transmission was rebuilt or purchased from. They had a driveshaft made, that was too short, failed to lower the carrier, even after I told them to. It destroyed the yoke on the driveshaft and the bearing on the transfer case. This writing was on the torque converter when I pulled the transmission out.

I’m now having to replace the transmission, transfer case and driveshaft..

The picture of my truck, is someone pulling one of their beds, with my truck, without my knowledge or permission. I also was made aware that they entered and drove my truck in a parade, without my knowledge or permission.
