What started as Contour Plastics in Hammond has grown into the Baldwin facility we call home today, and 2025 marked a milestone year worth celebrating.

Last month we celebrated two incredible Nolato Contour team members as they head into retirement.

Val is closing out 27 years with us, and Laurie is wrapping up 25 years with us.

That's more than half a century of dedication, expertise, and heart between the two of them — and it shows in everything they've helped build here.
