Update on Projects/Clients.

Mount Markham CSD
Mount Markham CSD approved a $13 million Capital Project and voted to keep Construction Associates as the CM. This project has a scheduled completion for the fall of 2017. Along with general maintenance upkeep, they will be moving a generator currently located at the middle school to the elementary school and replacing it with a new generator at the middle school. There will be additional outdoor lighting and new polls as well as upgrading site work. We will start our 6th year with Mount Markham and thank them for their confidence in CA.

Madison CSD
Madison CSD will continue to finish a security project and start an EPC project consisting of new water lines for heating, new boilers, and upgrading to more efficient lighting throughout the K-12 building. The ground work for the EPC work has begun and will continue with through the fall of 2015.

Watertown CSD
Watertown CSD has approved a $12.5 million Capital Project as well as voting to keep Construction Associates as the CM. The project will start fall of 2015 with a new press box and bathroom/storage facility. The balance of the project will start in spring of 2016. We will start our 9th year with Watertown, we feel honored to serve the school and their community.

Beaver River CSD
Beaver River CSD will progress with an $8.5 million project in the spring of 2015. This project will consist of renovating a wing in the elementary school, a conversion from steam to hot water heat, and other maintenance upgrades as needed. This will be the start of our 5th year with Beaver River and we thank them for their confidence in CA
Indian River CSD
Indian River CSD starts a three year, two phase project with over $27 million worth of work being executed. Starting in the spring 2015, work will focus on the elementary schools as well as the maintenance and transportation buildings. The main focus will be on General Construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site work.

Beaver River CSD, New Turf Field and Stadium

Madison CSD

Construction Associates joined the Madison CSD team in July 2014 to assist with their building project of installing and upgrading a new secure entrance and security system. We will continue to work with Madison CSD to oversee the installation of $1.5 million in EPC work.
