Customer Service Week sped past this week. In our last post, we share a fun activity celebrating this year’s theme, “The Extra Mile.” Global customer service team members decorated miniature wooden cars and competed for top honors through peer votes. Winner Carlotta Finizio shared the inspiration behind her winning car: “I must say I feel lucky because I could rely on the handcraft heritage of Naples’s nativity makers of San Gregorio Armeno, famous worldwide! My car has everything you need to deliver exceptional customer service from all over the world (no customer service representative should live or work without pizza available any time). And of course, I would like to bring a little bit of me in it, with cat, Napoli, and the languages I work in.
