We're excited to share Matala Builders is currently framing the new commercial garages and flex-space development in Luther Forest Business Park in the Stillwater/Saratoga Springs area! 👀🔨

The 4.48-acre Oak Ridge project is slated for completion in November 2026 and will offer customizable 2,000 to 2,400-square-foot industrial units featuring high-clearance doors and heavy-duty power.
