Recently a customer of ours, Rhino Tool House, installed a Gorbel four-post system with three runways and two aluminum bridges that covered multiple workspaces.

A diesel engine manufacturer needed to handle 300-lb exhaust components during the assembly and production phases. They had experience with conventional pneumatic manipulators and wanted to address several shortcomings inherent in standard manipulator design.

The G-Force integrated into our nested trolley/rigid mast manipulator addressed their requirements and offered more features than they expected using the G-Force anti-drop protection, virtual limits and, because it is an electric system, we were able to provide laser target projectors to assist operators in aligning the gripper to the part.

Stars, Wayde and Brett, put the Cynergy EV Track-O stair climbing machine to the test, turning and maneuvering the "Tank Crawler" up and down obstacles with outstanding results.

Cynergy Electric Vehicles (Cynergy EV) was recently featured on an episode of Animal Planet's popular show Tanked. Show stars, Wayde King and Brett Raymer, test drove the Cynergy EV Track-O stair climbing machine and were blown away by what they saw. So much so that they used the "tank crawler" to deliver a custom-built aquarium to celebrity physician, Dr. Oz.
