The Poe Homes redevelopment is a multi-phase residential redevelopment in West Baltimore. Directly adjacent to the Poe Museum project, the housing redevelopment intends to transform the existing Poe Homes public housing superblock and surrounding redevelopment parcels into a connected residential neighborhood.

Key benefits for this project include a new street network, a range of housing types, landscaped open spaces, pedestrian-oriented streets, and improved connections to the surrounding community.

MK's own Tim Horner and Corinne Quaerna collaborated on the master plan and recently presented it to Baltimore City.
