Start of a plaster restoration project only using structolite base and diamond veneer plaster. Base is getting plaster weld applied to assure a solid base that will last for another 116 years. House was built in 1910, the same year and builder of the last historic home in downtown Howell.

Plaster patch job along with a new rail section brought up to code at 37" existing railings was only 28" high so a danger to their children. House was upgraded from k**b and tube wiring so had a ton of holes.

This was last weeks work. Had to scribe drywall around rocks.
