**To all of our valued customers**
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 virus, our employees and customers' health and safety has become our top priority. In order to curtail the spread of the virus, we are implementing the following steps until further notice:
We are now limiting our office access to employees only.
We are still available over the phone and online at http://www.maineenergy.net to answer any questions, schedule deliveries and service, and make payments.
Payments can also be dropped in our Drop Box located right outside our building.
Our pump station will be closed to the general public. For our customers, we are accepting propane tanks to be filled. You can drop off your tanks by the pump station with your name and number on the tanks. We will notify you when they are filled and will charge your account for the propane.
Additionally, delivery tickets will be mailed to you, as we have asked our drivers not to leave them with customers. We will be practicing social distancing until further notice.
We hope that the above measures will help keep our employees and customers safe in these uncertain times.
