We have a double-whammy of work anniversaries to celebrate today!

-Kim, our Location Manager, has been holding us together for SEVEN YEARS now, and she's still rockin' it!

-James, one of our maintenance techs, has been providing fantastic cleaning and customer service for TWO YEARS as of today!

Friends, you may not know this, but if your new units are not registered by your installer, they won't enjoy the full warranty benefits! Most manufacturer's warranties start with 5 years for parts (compressors alone enjoy 7 years). It's not until a unit is registered online that this doubles to a 10-year part warranty!

In addition, certain installers will earn you a 12-year parts warranty when your unit is registered by them (MAC with Fujitsu units, for example). As an Elite contractor, we register every unit we install immediately after installation, so there's never a question of warranty status.

So make sure whatever installer you go with is getting those units registered right away!
