As a contractor I strongly advise getting 3 different estimates and references . there are reasons most of the time for there to be a big difference in price, some contractors are known for cutting corners , using sub par materials etc . we always take pictures throughout the project so clients know they are getting what they pay for and no steps were left out.

Beech mountain bathroom and closet remodel.
This bath features a new shower where the tub use to be with a new shower valve and tile from mountain tile. It also has a floor heat mat under the new tile floor. We installed a new vanity and toilet. We built a new wall separating the closet and bath from the bed room and removed the old door from the bath and created a cased opening from the closet. Adding new shelves and additional outlets and light switches really changed this space. Glass shower doors and partitions are always the last items installed and are not shown here but we will update as soon as they are installed.
Currently taking new clients , when we contract a job gnarly wood builders does the work, the only thing we sub contract out is electrical, some plumbing ,hvac and glass works

"Y’all. I thought this was crazy when I heard it. 😂 But it totally works! 🙌🏻 Put a banana peel in a mason jar of water for a day or two then pour only the water at the base of each tomato plant. Each time we have done this, SO many new tomatoes blossoms have popped up and the plants are getting taller! Apparently, potassium is BIG for tomato plants!" 🍅

I have been building in the high country for over 25 years , I carry insurance and have many references. Most of my jobs have been on the foscoe side through to blowing rock, we moved so I would like to find more clients over in the banner elk and Avery county.
We do additions , bathroom and kitchen remodels (a little ocd with my tile) , decks , I have built houses from the bottom up so I can do everything needed to make your dream ideal come true
