Comeplete redo here. Should have taken a before pic but night and day from what we started with 2 days ago. Removed old system from the attic. All the ductwork. Built a platform and walkway to the unit, added drain pan and drain safety’s. This job turned out great. Should perform much better. And at a cost that didn’t break the bank. Another happy customer and job Im proud of.

Attic system changeout. This is definitely the time to get them done b4 the summer rolls arround. This customer has been very good to me. This is the 3rd system Ive done for them this year. Repeat business always makes me feel good. I treat people right. And they keep calling me. Its a great relationship. One Im very thankful for.

I love jobs like these. Lots of work but in the end nothing feels better then the feeling of pride I have when I step back and look at what Ive accomplished. Anyone can install hvac equipment but its in the details and planning that make all the difference in the way a job looks when its done but most importantly the way it performs. The details and plannings are even more crucial when your twinning two furnaces together as they are in this application to work as one. You don’t want the two fighting each other. Thanks to my customers as usual for trusting in me to do this work. These should serve them well for many years to come.

This is a change out I did for a guy Ive been doing work for for many years. I wont disclose his name and I do this often because people have multiple contacts and/or friends in their social circles that do hvac work. I don’t want these customers to have to explain why they chose me but It is doing work for people like this that makes me feel humbled These people notice and appreciate things done right at a reasonable cost or they would choose one of the other people they have relationships with. I want to say thanks to this customer and all those that put their trust in me. I appreciate you greatly. If you’re looking to have a unit installed or serviced join the family. Second floor Attic changeout comepleted. Major improvements here. Wish I took before pics of this one but I forgot. I installed this airhandler and heatpump system in place of a condensating propane furnace that was existing. Why is that a major improvement you wonder. Well the propane furnace was a bad choice for an attic regardless. It condensates/ produces water which is not good over a ceiling when not necessary. The attic space is unconditioned so the drains are subjected to freezing conditions in the winter. And propane is an expensive means of heating as apposed to an heatpump especially on a second floor where the first floor system heat rises so the second needs little heat to begin with. Just a poor choice by design by a contractor who originally did the installation. It really never ceases to amaze me how professionals in this industry get things wrong so often. And use no common sense when in this trade. Thankfully for this customer. The wrong was righted and they will now benefit with a more efficient solution. And have less potential for problems in the future. Thanks to everyone who put their trust in me. I always put my customers best interests first. I look at jobs as a whole picture. Not as s paycheck. If your looking for a contractor who is in this line of work because he truly cares about you. And wants to save you money. Minimize future potential for problems look no further.
