Another project going up as we prep the next site! It’s been a busy year here at Shinn Construction, and we’re keeping the momentum going.

With that in mind, we’re looking to grow our team as we continue to thrive. If you or someone you know is interested in joining a hardworking, motivated crew, we’d love to hear from you.

It’s been a busy year already and much more work to be completed! Here’s a couple projects we’re currently working on. A new build going up in the next couple of weeks. And a deck we’re currently framing and finishing up with fiberon decking next week! Will have finished pictures once completed.

Seeing a job from start to finish is something I will never get tired of. I thoroughly enjoy working with homeowners to help their visions come to life and help them get their dream homes.
Here is some before and after pictures of a job we just finished in February. As you can see, we were able to drastically change this space by removing a wall and creating an open concept. This home is now perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends.

Hello, my name is Logan Shinn I am the owner of Shinn Construction LLC. I started this business 2 years ago and haven’t looked back since. When I started working in construction in 2013, I honestly didn’t know where it would take me. Over the years I learned that I really enjoyed creating beautiful homes for people and I worked hard on each and every job to ensure that the homeowner/s were given the best work possible. I have been fortunate enough to work with very knowledgeable and skilled employers in the past and I’ll never take for granted what they have taught me. After growing and perfecting my skills over several years, I decided to take the leap and run my own business. Running your own business takes a lot of hard work and can be difficult at times, but it is the most rewarding thing I have ever done and I am so thankful that I get to do what I love every day. For me one of the biggest things is quality over quantity. I am very detail oriented and thorough with each job and I always ensure that I am offering my customers the best work that I can offer. Additionally, I prioritize transparency and honesty with all of my customers and vendors and believe it is crucial to integrate these qualities into all of my business endeavors. I take extreme pride in my work and have created this page to share more of the beautiful homes and spaces I have helped create. Hopefully I can have the pleasure of working with you some day.
