Dow Construction is the general contractor on this North Conway, NH addition. Hall's Concrete did a really nice job on the foundation.

Mar-flex Waterproofing & Building Products waterproofing membrane applied then Mar-flex Top Gun Board was added (R10 insulation board, drain board and backfill protection all in one product). Finally we applied Mar-flex Fusion UV overlapping the below grade membrane.

PMI W Properties is the General Contractor on this behemoth 6 unit condo in Litchfield, NH. Gallex Poured Concrete Foundations did a really nice job pouring this and they're right next door creating its twin. New Era did the site work and will be back to backfill.

SRH Homes is back at it, this time in Fremont, NH. This will be an ADU on family property. We're getting in as many as we can today before the rain messes up our entire schedule. 🙃

McLaughlin Excavation is the jack of all trades on this ADU in Alton, NH. Looked like some tough digging, but as usual, Sean got it done and on time!

Norman Vetter Inc poured another top notch foundation in Milton, NH. HJP Trucking and Excavating did the site work to set everything up and will be back soon to backfill.
