We’re proud to introduce Journi LeClair, Treasurer of Quarrymen Park!
Journi is a business and operations professional rooted in the legacy of Vermont’s renowned stone industry. She brings strategic leadership and operational expertise to several of the region’s key granite institutions, blending a modern and “old school” business perspective with a deep respect for the craftsmanship that defines the trade.
Since 2020, Journi has served as Financial Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Office Manager at Spruce Mountain Granites. In this multifaceted leadership role, she oversees the critical intersection of financial performance and workforce development, ensuring daily operations support long-term growth, stability, and organizational success.
Expanding her impact across the industry, Journi has also served as Bookkeeper for Tabernack Granite Creations since 2021, contributing to the financial health of another respected granite business. Her commitment extends beyond operations into preservation, as she currently serves as Secretary for the Vermont Granite Museum, supporting the stewardship of the industry’s history and cultural significance.
Journi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Technology from Vermont Technical College (Class of 2021). Her academic foundation enables her to integrate data-driven strategies and modern systems into traditional manufacturing environments—enhancing efficiency while honoring the craftsmanship that sets Vermont granite apart.
