+$50 per additional head

💥 Tier 2 – Deep Cleaning (Recommended every 1–2 years)

Full restorative clean using professional tools.

Includes everything above, plus:
• Coil flush (bib kit)
• Full blower wheel / barrel fan wash
• Drain pan treatment
• Coil-safe chemical cleaning
• Extended performance check

💲 $350 – 1 outdoor + 1 indoor head
+$125 per additional head

This week our team attended the AHR Expo, one of the largest HVAC industry events in the country, and I just want to say how grateful I am for these guys.

We didn’t go for a vacation.

Premier Heating & AC is a growing, professionally run HVAC company serving Central Vermont. We’re looking for a reliable, organized Administrative / Dispatcher to help keep our office operations running smoothly as we continue to grow.

This role is critical to our success — you are often the first voice customers hear and the glue that keeps the schedule, technicians, and communication aligned.

About the Role

This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on availability and experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

Answering incoming phone calls professionally

Scheduling service and install appointments

Dispatching technicians efficiently

Managing customer communication and follow-ups

Entering invoices, estimates, and notes in our system

Helping with basic office organization and coordination

We use Housecall Pro, and we will train the right person.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Organized and detail-oriented

Calm under pressure

Friendly and professional on the phone

Comfortable with computers and basic software

Able to prioritize tasks and manage a schedule

Reliable and punctual

HVAC or trades experience is a plus, but not required.
