n likely you will be greeted by him when you visit us here at the shop. We deal exclusively with a number of local manufacturers, wholesalers and importers of many memorial products. We work very closely on quality control and shipping deadlines for our customer needs. Our primary focus is adding value to etched products such as monumental grade granite, marble and landscaping items. Utilizing today’s latest technology and software we produce unique and excellent quality etched products. We offer custom Diamond Hand Etchings, Co2 Laser Etchings and our new exclusive Glass Art Laser process. The manufacturing side is personally supervised by the owner, Randy Walker. Quality and consistent reliable service has always been our main focus here at Family Memorials, which means that every single product is carefully scrutinized. We offer top quality etched memorial products at competitive prices, making us one the world's leading suppliers in etched products producing over 2200 etched monuments per year. We currently run three CNC large format lasers with bed sizes of 12' x 4", 4' x 8' and our newest machine of 6' x 10'. The latter two have modified high powered lasers enabling them to produce our new patented and exclusive Glass Art Etching process. Our clientele base is primarily Northeastern United States due to freight costs but with the advent of the World Wide Web we are open to all possibilities of business. Although the brunt of our business has been geared towards servicing our local monument industry we have recently begun providing custom design and etching services in other business sectors. Some of our newest services include large architectural glass and mirror panel projects, customer cabinetry for both kitchens and bathrooms and custom etchings on granite and marble counter tops, including backsplash and tile. We have also etched on wooden gun stocks, wine glasses, knives, and desk name plates keeping with our great quality and detail. We are continually improving our products and the services we provide to meet the needs of our customers throughout our service market. In return they have rewarded us with years of their loyalty. Today we would like to congratulate Rhonda and Alex Hart on their retirement. My sister Rhonda truly put the “family” in Family Memorials almost 20 years ago when she came on as my first employee. She is the voice you’ve likely heard if you have ever called us , she kept our books, paid our bills, ran our errands, and so so much more. There’s a good chance we wouldn’t still be here today if it wasn’t for Rhonda and she’s leaving an incredible void as she retires. We love you Rhonda. Congratulations!

We sadly announce the recent passing of our Shop Foreman here at Family Memorials - Ed was a 13 year veteran in the shop and we are thinking he never missed a day of work in all of those years - He peed and pooped on the floor occasionally, had horrible breath and farted like no other but we all loved him and he loved us in return - you are sorely missed bud - until we meet again

Andrea Hahn, a local artist with extremely creative ideas, wanted to immortalize her art. Living with MS, she began creating in fragments of color and abstract collage forms when she could no longer use a paintbrush.
Andrea and her husband Joe (pictured with Monica Johns) wanted to leave a piece of her art for all to enjoy so a piece of that art was incorporated into their family monument. The complimenting bench was added so that when people wanted to admire her art piece, they could sit and admire it, just like in a museum. The bench also serves as a 2 core cremation bench.
We are proud to announce that Andrea and Monica's collaboration is now an AWARD WINNER!!!
