New skill acquired 💪
Just completed a hidden-door built-in, and I'm excited to add another tool to the toolbox.
These door systems offer a wide range of functional and design possibilities. Whether it's a hidden room, a discreet passage between spaces, or a custom built-in that conceals a doorway, the options are nearly endless. They can even be incorporated into duplexes or adjoining living spaces with cabinetry on one or both sides.
In this case, the customer had a closet with double bifold doors facing the main living area. The doors were an eyesore, but the storage space was valuable. The solution was a custom built-in that transformed the look of the room while maintaining full access to the closet behind it.
Every project is an opportunity to learn something new and expand what's possible for future clients.
