“This Is the House We Dreamed About.”
For Amy and Steve, building their home wasn’t just about the finished product. They appreciated the quality of the work and the flexibility to make changes throughout the process.
Now that it’s finished, Steve says they still wake up every day with a smile:
“This is the house we dreamed about and this is the house we wanted to be in.”
That’s ultimately what building a custom home should be about.

Nottingham Builders Stuck Within the Budget
Staying on budget doesn't mean every individual choice has to come in exactly as planned.
Kelly explains how Nottingham Builders helped them balance the overall project — showing them where they could save, providing options, and finding other areas to cut back when they decided to spend more somewhere else.
Most importantly, she says there was never pressure to spend beyond what they had agreed upon.
For homeowners planning a custom build, that flexibility and transparency can make the entire process easier.
