📍 GrayCo Construction Services | Bartlett, TN
We are a licensed general contractor — licensed up to $3,000,000 — and we are growing rapidly. We take on commercial projects, residential additions and remodels, and insurance restoration projects across Memphis, Nashville, Jonesboro, Little Rock, and beyond.
We are looking for a Project Manager or Superintendent who wants to build a career with a growing company — not just work a job.
💰 What We Pay
✅ PM — $70,000 + commission
✅ Superintendent — $55,000–$70,000
✅ Vehicle or vehicle stipend + gas covered
✅ Per diem on travel jobs (2+ hours)
✅ 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year
📋 What You'll Do
Manage or oversee projects from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors across all trades
Work directly with clients and insurance adjusters
Document progress daily via CompanyCam
Represent GrayCo professionally on every job
🎯 Who We're Looking For
Experience in construction project management or field supervision
Strong communicator who can hold subs accountable
Xactimate experience is a plus
Willing to travel for the right opportunity
