This client had a restriction in the copper lines yesterday afternoon, and has ICE COLD air flowing again this morning!!

We replaced the coil, supply plenum (above the coil), and the refrigerant filter!

Teaching Adrian how to replace a condenser fan motor!

Everything from how to diagnose using proper safety precautions, to matching the old motor with a new one, to replacing the motor for the cleanest look once we are done, to testing it afterward to make sure it meets our installation standards!

He is doing it right! 💪💪

This old thing was DIRTY! And it only got worse from there! We hadn’t even opened her up to clean the inside yet!

The 24 year old system couldn’t breathe at all, but we got her cleaned up and running beautifully again!

Props to the new home owner for getting this tune-up done! 💪
