This November, I'm trading the clean shave for something that matters a lot more than how I look. 👨

I'm participating in Movember — growing a mustache to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and su***de prevention.

This one is personal.

I lost my son to su***de. There is no way to prepare for that kind of loss, and no words that fully describe what it takes from you. What I do know is that too many men suffer in silence — and too many families are left with a pain that never fully goes away.

In the construction world, we don't talk about this stuff. We work hard, we push through, and we keep it inside. That culture has a cost — and I've felt that cost in the most devastating way possible.

If this post reaches even one person who is struggling, or one person who knows someone who is — please know that asking for help is not weakness. It's the hardest and bravest thing you can do.
