We're excited to kick off stabilization work on the c. 1890 Kirby-Colburn House!

This prominent house on Hwy 45 was constructed circa 1890 by James C. and Mary Kirby, who donated the land for Cane Hill College building to be built. The Colburn family has also long had connections to the house and farmed the property surrounding it. The house has been vacant for as long as many area residents can remember and the exterior requires imagination to see the potential. But the interior of this house is in better condition than the outside would lead you to believe, thanks to its sturdy construction, and we’re excited to make sure it will be standing for many years to come!

We had a blast celebrating Christmas at the Delta Gin a few weeks ago. We all really loved the team-building games that helped us laugh with and at each other :) . So thankful for this team of people that feel like family! Looking forward to starting 2024 together!

We were honored to be a part of the groundbreaking ceremony in West Memphis, AR for the renovations to Hightower Park. We are thankful for Mayor Marco McClendon and appreciate him sharing a bit of the history/vision for the park and to ETFC Architects and Ritchie Smith and Associates for the work they have put into this project already. We can't wait to get it started!

It's always a good time when we get to be together! We had our company-wide meeting at the Delta Gin in Wynne, AR where we learned about active listening, bottlenecks in our organization, and who is the best at keeping balloons in the air and sliding cookies down their face. Thankful for our team!

Better late than never! We had a blast getting to be together for our Company-Wide Meeting at the Delta Gin in Wynne, AR. We are thankful for each of these people that make up the Wagner Team both in Searcy and in Memphis. We are excited to see where the Lord takes us in this next year!

Wagner General is proud to announce that we have been awarded as the acting general contractor on the exterior renovation of the Plantation Agriculture Museum's Cotton Gin in Scott, AR! What a beautiful piece of history, and what an honor it is to be able to preserve it!
