• 2006 ECR was in its embryonic stage as a company focused on facilities upgrades and became a LLC in July of 2008.
• In early 2009 ECR started winning federal contracts from both the Air-force and the US Army Corp of Engineers.
• In 2010 the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce and ECR collaboratively created Team Green Zone (http://teamgreenzone.com/home.aspx).
• In 2013, ECR retur
ned its focus back to federal contracting to prepare for the federal facilities upgrades and mass initiatives planned in the National Action Plan for Energy Efficiency (NAPEE) 2008-2025 that will take off in the federal fiscal year 2014.
