Entry stairs soffit of CDX plywood, is now covered by us in clear cedar siding, stained mahogany and finished with a semi clear poly finish. “Now it Looks beautiful”, the owner said!

These porches off the river needed repair and repainting. The deck was shaking, back-and-forth and spindles and long railing were broke or rotted all repaired and painted in time for winter!

The 2024 construction season started with a little fence repair at the local steelyard. The resent high winds and blowing snow nocked down 25’ of there fence! It Needed its 4x4”P.T.posts in new concrete anchors replaced !

I helped replace these concrete and wood staircases up too the front of this beautiful Antique 1903 Glennwood springs home. Then had the exterior painted. More recently replaced a couple more operable windows in Aspen’s old Benedict building.
