Some hydraulic cylinder damage from a recent job, The gland on the cylinder cracked & sent metal all through the hydraulic system, along with fixing this cylinder all other cylinders got tore apart, cleaned out and resealed along with a system flush and filters changed.

2 full weeks of being in business and man what an amazing ride it's been so far, I love what i do and absolutely love the customers I get to do it for. Was able to snap some pictures of a couple of the projects over the last 2 weeks.

D6 went down with an engine miss, a little quick diag and found #1 fuel injector not contributing, replaced injector, quill tube and injection line to have dozer up and running again in no time.

470 hoe with hydraulic pump replacement due to piston sleeves in pump being pitted causing cavitation under heavy load.

Volvo mini hoe "emissions upgrade"

Bobcat skid steer with a broken pickup tube in fuel tank, replaced pickup tube and had them up and going in less than 2hrs from start to finish

Load weighing system install on a Case 721F wheel loader used for weighing out aggregates.

Gehl skid steer Engine removal and in the process of rebuilding it.

Hi everyone! I’m Garrett Sloan owner of Onsite Iron Repair. I’m excited to finally introduce myself to the community. I created Onsite Iron Repair as a way for companies and individuals to have easier access to quality heavy machinery repair without being tied to dealer restrictions, wait times and fees. I have been passionate about anything with an engine since I could walk. I pride myself on digging deep and figuring out the problems no one else wants to or can! I grew up in Tonganoxie and now live with my growing family in Basehor. I look forward to serving local and surrounding state repair needs.
