So we bought a new toy (last November) to do the coating on my swimming pool at home. Well the swimming pool at my house isn’t done yet…..so we haven’t played with it. We did yesterday! If anyone has a pool that needs recoated (or anything else that will not burn up!) let us know.

Ecofinish is a mobile powder coat system that can coat concrete or fiberglass pools. We can also do porches and decks, bass boats , etc. This finish is nonporous and chemically neutral. If you are always fighting the algae in your pool, we can help. And cut your chemical usage by up to 35%!

AC Scott construction is now doing ICF buildings (homes or commercial). This is our 3rd ICF (insulated concrete foam) home, we are doing a second floor in concrete on two of them. These homes are wind rated up to 250 mph! Are termite proof, fire proof, with an R30 wall insulation value! We can do a concrete roof as well, but it is not really needed in Texas. These walls are 5” of styrofoam and 6” of concrete! In my own home (2,100 sf) the cost was less than $10,000 over traditional building but the savings in utilities and peace of mind are worth ten times that.

This is an apartment in a 2,000 s.f. Shop we did the apartment and the shop. Apartment and shop are spray foamed and the shop will have a 44’ hanger door.
