CS Tech Support is responsible for providing technical problem resolution, troubleshoot issues with security products, and provides customer service support over the phone. Also responsible for onsite/offsite product training, providing electronic technical support, installing equipment, maintaining records of customer interactions and collaborating with others to improve customer service requirements and satisfaction.
Qualifications: Associates Degree in electronics and one year Help Desk Support; or combination of Education and/or related work experience and willingness to learn through on-the-job retraining.

Fabricator is responsible for the preparation of custom and standard security products for final assembly; cutting, welding, sanding, painting, silk-screening and assembling carious metal plates/products.
Physical demands: include carrying/lifting 30 to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 80 lbs. use of power and hand tools.

DSI along with other security professional grieve the violence and loss of life of 10 people in the Colorado shooting this week.

Ten people, including a Boulder, CO, police officer have died following at shooting in the Denver suburb of Boulder, at a King Soopers grocery store.
