Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Manager

Position Overview: The Facilities Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance operations across our clients’ facilities, ensuring that all systems, equipment, and infrastructure are in optimal condition. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise to maintain the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and functionality to our clients



Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Assist in developing and implementing maintenance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the maintenance department as we start to grow.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute long-term maintenance strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance maintenance operations.

Operations and Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance of all equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure optimal performance.

Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards and ensure a safe working environment.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and enhance operational efficiency.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using service fusion

Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance performance

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: Commensurate with experience
