LOC has a bobtruck set up at the middle school with dyed diesel for volunteer clean-up! This is FREE to volunteers, fuel is covered by Curtis Stout Power. Please share with anyone helping with clean up!

📍 Relief & Resources:

Cave City Middle School Gym – School is in session so we are opening at 8:30 AM for supplies- we have lots of cardboard boxes for storage today, please use them!

Meals are available (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) at the Middle School Parking Lot.

Community washer & dryer station and shower stations are available at First Assembly Church 437 N Main St.

Eight Days of Hope - FREE tree debris cleanup including moving trees off of houses and yards for Cave City and all communities within 45 miles of Cave City. They will be here until April 5th. Call 662-255-7565.

Job Title: Office Manager

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday

Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
1 Hour Lunch

Job Responsibilities:

1. Office Cleaning & Maintenance:

-Keep the office area clean, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.

-Maintain restrooms and break areas, ensuring they are stocked and tidy.

-Take out trash and handle light maintenance tasks as needed.

2. Ticketing & Administrative Tasks:

-Process fuel and oil delivery tickets accurately.

-Enter ticket information into the system for record-keeping.

-Ensure invoices and receipts are properly organized.

3. Inventory Management:

-Track fuel and oil products inventory levels.

-Assist in ordering and receiving deliveries.

-Conduct periodic inventory checks and update records.

4. Customer Service:

-Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries about fuel orders, pricing, and account details.

-Process customer payments and provide receipts.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

-Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.

-Good communication and customer service skills.

-Attention to detail for ticketing and inventory accuracy.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Able to lift 40 pounds.

This position plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly by handling daily operations in both office management and customer service.
