Our Senior Project Manager, Matt Jones, is helping lead the Milton J. Womack team on the OLOL Emergency Department renovation, working alongside OLOL and our trade partners every step of the way.

On Saturday, August 1, our team placed a 20-ton custom rooftop air handler unit on top of the OLOL Regional Medical Center Emergency Department project on Essen Lane.

The installation required careful coordination and precision as the unit was lifted into place by crane and positioned on the rooftop. 🏗️

Construction continues to move forward at Capstone at Covington Place!➡

The proposed development is a new multifamily residential community located on a greenfield site in Covington, Louisiana. The project will consist of a four-story building featuring 80 residential units with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. The building will include common areas such as a leasing office, fitness center, and resident lounge to enhance community engagement and resident convenience. The site design incorporates a large parking lot, outdoor seating areas, and pedestrian-friendly sidewalks to promote accessibility and comfort.
