Our Morgan City Module Yard team delivered five HRSG modules safely and on schedule—nearly 1 million man-hours with zero recordable incidents.

This major achievement on a large-scale LNG module assembly project reflects the planning, craftsmanship, and teamwork that define our work. Two more modules are on the way, with final installation to be completed by our Power Island Site Team this summer.

OSHA Safe and Sound Week reinforces a belief that has guided Performance for decades: safety isn’t an initiative. It’s part of who we are.

One of the most important parts of a strong safety culture is knowing that every person on the job has the authority to stop and speak up when something doesn’t look right.

We build better by building it safe because the most important thing we do is make sure every team member gets home safely to their families. That’s why our annual Safety from the Start drawing competition means so much to us. It gives our team members’ children a chance to show what safety looks like through their eyes.

Market demand for stainless steel fabrication is higher than ever, and our facilities are stepping up to the plate.

So far this year, our Baton Rouge team has fabricated 9,456 stainless steel spools—an average of more than 378 every week. That kind of output takes serious grit, unmatched precision, and elite craftsmanship…and we’re not even close to slowing down.
