Big line boring project we completed. Bore welded pin bosses and installed new bushings to rebauild the entire loader portion of this Volvo L70. Been a long time coming to see it back In action! Many other things fabricated and fixed on the machine. And some new paint.

Mud flap rubbed through the fuel tank on a customers dump truck. Other side was fixed last year from the same problem. Dirty oil soaked aluminum standing on ladder doesn’t weld great but we got it fixed!

Customer had a pinhole from a nail rubbing through from a hardwood floor staple. I removed the damage section and sweated a new piece in. I also use heat shields to prevent burns to joist and sub floor I’ve seen many contractors damaging property lately.

2 stroke 6 cyl mercury decided it wanted a rebuild. Nice little hole from the piston skirt failing. I had to weld it from the back side and from the cylinder bore. 8” inches down inside the bore makes it challenging on highly contaminated aluminum. But we got it done now off to the machine shop it goes.
