Today’s project completed!

Installation of a new steam boiler. Old boiler was originally a coal burner 😬

Unfortunately, it finally met its end last Friday. We were able to coordinate with Asbestos & Lead Abatement of Michigan to get the pipes cleared off so it was safe to work.

The Burnham Independence steam boiler turned out great! Best of all, we were able to get it quickly so the elderly homeowner isn’t forced out of her home any longer.
