Well, I'm pretty superstitious so I have not mentioned anything about this project before it was approved. I have been working on this project for the last few years. We are proud to build something that will help with the lack of housing needed in the community. I have dreamed of leaving something behind that will out last myself. Being a builder/developer at heart, this falls right at the top for me. In a few months we will start offering these apartments and the commercial space. It will have 1, 2 bedroom apartments and 1 800 sq ft ish commercial space.
