We’re trying something new!

Months and months ago, our owners teamed up with Nathan from Kodiak Consulting to align their goals, vision, and with each other.

They met bi-weekly and slowly but surely worked their way up to the first week of May, where they held meetings and trainings for 4 days with the employees to show them how they had started integrating this new method, and what the next steps moving forward were going to be.

As an employee, it can be a little bit cringe when owners start to drone on about “re-structuring” and “company core values” and every other finance bro buzzword that gets tossed into the abyss of business ownership.

That was my take too, when I first heard what was going on all those months ago 😬

However, these brothers are some of the most sincere and earnest people in the world, and it became evident that these changes were not happening simply because they wanted to make more money or keep up with the Jones’s. They genuinely care about their clients, employees, and the quality of work they put out into the world!

They always show up. However, whenever, wherever.

As it turns out, you have nothing to prove and no image to maintain when you put clients, quality, and employees first.

10/10, would recommend working here AND hiring us for your HVAC needs ✌️

😀 let’s talk about it!

It seems to be a taboo issue, and it happens from time to time; a customer will call in and be upset about the cost of a repair one of our technicians quoted. This usually happens AFTER the repair is complete, and they found out “their guy” would have done it for half, a third, a quarter of what our price was.

Here’s the response I give to people:

• you’re not just paying for the part! These technicians spent a lot of time and money to have the skill set they pride themselves on. Hours and hours of training, certifying, and recertifying so they are up to date on the latest HVAC technology. We stand behind our technicians and the work that they do!

• you are never obligated to move forward with the repair. The only thing you’re obligated to pay, is the travel & diagnostic fee, which you are always quoted over the phone. By all means, pay the diagnostic, and source and install the parts on your own.

• our work is flat rate! The cost of the repair is the same, whether it takes the technician 2 hours or 2 days to get the work done. The price you are quoted at the beginning is the price you pay at the end.

Our claim to fame is that we do stellar work at an appropriate price, not that we are the cheapest in town!
