Sharing an inspiring day from our community! Central Lakes College recently hosted Career Exploration Day at its Brainerd campus, welcoming nearly 2,000 students from 29 high schools and learning centers.

Students had the chance to dive into hands-on activities across a wide range of career paths, including manufacturing. Events like these are so important for sparking curiosity and helping students envision exciting careers right here in central Minnesota.

We’re proud to see the next generation exploring opportunities in our industry and beyond! A big thank you to Central Lakes College and the Brainerd Lakes Chamber of Commerce for making it happen.

Last Friday was full of holiday cheer as our team showed up in their festive (and sometimes wonderfully ugly 😉) Christmas sweaters! It was great to see everyone get into the spirit and bring some extra fun and laughter to the day.

After 29 years in the plastics industry, Connie Lura retired today.

Throughout her career, Connie consistently worked to do what was best for the LINDAR team. Her knowledge, dedication, and strong work ethic have made a lasting impact, especially within our Commercial department, where her absence will certainly be felt.

Replacing Connie’s experience and commitment will not be easy, but her contributions have helped set a high standard for all of us. We are incredibly grateful for everything she has brought to the organization over the years.

The 2025 LINDAR Christmas Party was a huge success, filled with laughter, great food, and plenty of holiday cheer. It was wonderful to see our team come together to celebrate the season, reflect on a strong year, and simply enjoy time with one another outside of the workday.

From fun conversations to festive moments, the energy in the room truly reflected what makes LINDAR special, our people. Thank you to everyone who helped plan the event and to all who joined in to make it such a memorable celebration.
