Most homeowners never see what happens before the drywall goes up.
Before these walls are closed in, there’s a long list of details that have to be completed, inspected, and approved. From blocking and structural requirements to plumbing rough-ins, electrical rough-ins, and windstorm inspections, every piece plays an important role in the quality of the finished home.
These aren’t the things that get the attention on move-in day, but they’re some of the most important parts of the entire build.
