🏗️ Helping our community build smarter, stronger, and with confidence.

This week, we had the opportunity to host the Spears & Co Real Estate team at one of our engineered jobsites for a behind-the-scenes look at what we do and why it matters.

We walked through each phase of the windstorm inspection process, discussed approved building products, and showed them what our inspectors are looking for throughout construction. We also talked about something we believe is essential to every successful new build: choosing the right builder AND the right engineer.

Engineering isn’t just about a set of plans. It’s about understanding how a structure is designed, how it’s built, and making sure it performs the way it was intended.

A special thank you to Jason Harmon with CDK Coastal Homes for allowing us to spotlight one of his beautiful custom homes and use the project as a real-world learning opportunity. We appreciate you trusting us to be part of the process and helping us showcase what goes into building along the Texas coast.
